I stayed in the Chancelor King Room. The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. It had some charming vintage decor that added a nice touch. The bed was super comfy. There were also great views from the window. Bathrooms were nicely maintained too. Just wish there had been a bit more shade by the pool for when I wanted to take a break. But really, it was a great stay overall!

Historic building, outdoor corner café, beautiful architecture
The wood shutters in the king room make it too dark for my taste!!! More hangers in the wardrobe would elevate the experience significantly. The pool could use more shaded areas for comfort!!!

The bathrooms were impressively spacious. Rooms feature an interesting mix of contemporary design with classic touches.
The lighting in the room could use a serious upgrade. It felt dim and uninviting, especially with heavy wood shutters limiting natural light. Laundry service fell flat, as I had to persistently inquire about my laundry, never finished due to holiday scheduling. Hangers were lacking in the wardrobe, a hassle to keep clothes organized. Plus, the restaurant was closed , and while the complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture, it was quite standard and not nice.
